We utilise a highly devoted and skilled team led by Anthony Gunther; our hands on Managing Director. This is backed by implementation of our Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure our operations comply with the requirements of AS 4801, ISO AS 14001 & ISO AS 9001.

• It is the aim of Gunther Civil to meet and exceed legislated health and safety requirements by providing a multi-tiered safety program that includes:
• Site based trainers and safety officers
• Job-specific core competency training
• Certification of employees in specific positions and responsibilities
• A hazard recognition program
• Site-specific policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and documentation
• Workplace inspections and incident investigation
• Audits to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate standards
• Continual training of our already experienced workforce
